With her Swabian precision, she ensures that client budgets stay on track. Rational, well-considered decisions are her specialty, often bringing the team back down to earth when needed. She continuously seeks new inspiration from the trade fair industry – and consistently finds it.

She is a master at juggling multiple projects while always keeping the bigger picture in sight. With a constant focus on the client’s exhibition goals, she offers the right advice in every situation – helping exhibitors succeed and thrive.

As a stand construction expert, she is responsible for finding optimal solutions for materials and implementation. To fulfill even the smallest client request, she pulls every lever – and is never afraid to get involved herself when things take too long again.

As a remote team member, the architect collaborates seamlessly with the rest of the team across Germany. With her solution-oriented approach, she continuously refines design processes and expands our extensive CAD library – and during her guided office chair yoga sessions, she even relieves the team’s tension.

IT-Specialist
He is our all-round problem solver – whether with digital tools or hands-on solutions. He manages our IT infrastructure and keeps everything running smoothly. As our secret weapon, he also supports us on many trade fairs and steps in wherever help is needed.

With her cheerful Italian temperament, she brings a smile to colleagues and clients alike. As a design enthusiast, she keeps both the big picture and the smallest details in focus.

A talented baker who keeps the team supplied with comfort food during busy phases – while always keeping a cool head herself. With her improvisational skills and optimistic mindset, she is prepared for every exhibition assignment, even when things do not go exactly according to plan.

He is the magician of our team, bringing 3D stand visualizations to life. As an architect, he pays close attention to details and feasibility while never losing sight of the overall experience. The team benefits not only from his creative ideas but also from the delicious Middle Eastern specialties he regularly shares with everyone.

Story

OUR HEART
BEATS FOR
TRADE FAIR!

We, the three founders, already knew this long before fairfellows was established. Thanks to our extensive experience in corporate exhibition departments, at exhibition venues and with trade fair organizers, we had seen firsthand what makes projects truly successful: the right partners you can rely on.

And yet, that is exactly what many exhibitors and organizers are missing – a dependable partner by their side, offering guidance, unlocking full potential, connecting the right experts and keeping all the threads together.

In 2018, this insight became the idea behind fairfellows. With Lisa as the project juggler, Nathalie as the stand construction expert and Katharina as the creative mind, we turned our vision into a company. From the very beginning, we had a clear idea of who we wanted to be: fair, reliable and professional.
