START-UP
AREA
Since 2019, we have been planning and realising a comprehensive start-up area for The smarter E Europe – with a new modular concept since 2024.
Each year, around 2,000 sqm of special exhibition space are created for more than 180 start-ups, with a total area of approximately 4,000 sqm. Part of this is the federally funded joint stand “Young Innovators” supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
COMPANY FOREST
Trade fair construction involves transportation – and with it, CO₂ emissions that cannot be completely avoided. To offset part of this impact, we are gradually building our own company forest.

Since 2024, we have been ÖKOPROFIT certified and are proud to be part of a cross-industry local network focused on environmental protection, resource efficiency, climate action and sustainable management.
